Dr. Breanna O’Keefe, D.O.
Primary Care Physician
Dr. O’Keefe received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Biochemistry with honors from Olivet College and her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine from Sparrow/MSU Family Medicine Residency program in 2015. Prior to joining the SET SEG Family Healthcare Center, Dr. O’Keefe served as a physician at Sparrow Medical Group Holt and has experience in pediatrics as well as adult primary care. 

Angela Arsenault, MSN, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Angela Arsenault graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing in 2011 from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and has been in family practice for 9 years.  Angela is board-certified in family practice from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is also a member of the AANP, Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners (MICNP) and Sigma Theta Tau, a nursing honors society. She enjoys the wide spectrum of healthcare within family practice and holds a special interest in women’s health, preventative medicine and psychological-mental health.

Amanda Dubey-Zerka, MSW, TF-CBT Certified
Behavioral Health Specialist
Amanda is a licensed clinical social worker who obtained her BSW from Saginaw Valley State University and her MSW from Michigan State University. She is nationally certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and has training in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Additionally, she serves as a Master Trainer for the Michigan ACE Initiative. Her treatment approach is strength-based, holistic, and prescriptive to meet client needs, often including creative art and play interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness practices.

Alice Jennings
Medical Assistant
Alice has experience working both front and back office medical assistant duties including responsibilities such as rooming patients, performing in-house labs, consulting directly with radiologists and physicians regarding patient conditions, diagnosis and treatments, EMR documentation, vitals, CC and HPI, labs, medication dispensing, and both mobile and stationary radiology units. Alice graduated Cum Laude from Lansing Community College with her Associates in Applied Science in Radiologic Technology.
