The Family Healthcare Center has an on-site lab, X-ray, and the ability to dispense many generic medications, making it a one-stop shop for the majority of your healthcare needs. Meet the team that will take care of you during your visit!

Dr. Breanna O’Keefe, D.O.
Primary Care Physician
Dr. O’Keefe received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Biochemistry with honors from Olivet College and her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine from Sparrow/MSU Family Medicine Residency program in 2015. Prior to joining the SET SEG Family Healthcare Center, Dr. O’Keefe served as a physician at Sparrow Medical Group Holt and has experience in pediatrics as well as adult primary care. 

Dr. Veronica Arbuckle-Bernstein, M.D. (Locum Provider)
Primary Care Physician
Dr. Arbuckle-Bernstein completed her residency at Sparrow/MSU Family Medicine Residency in 2016 and has served on the Maternal Healthcare Track at Sparrow Hospital since 2017. She received the Family Medicine Board Certification and has served as a Doctor of Medicine since 2016.

Dr. Tejal Shah Joseph, M.D. (Locum Provider)
Primary Care Physician
Dr. Joseph completed her residency in 2000 at the Providence Hospital and Medical Center in Southfield, Michigan, practicing family medicine. She graduated from Albion College and received her doctorate from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1997. Dr. Joseph served at the Fenton Medical Center for 10 years.

Amanda Dubey-Zerka, MSW, TF-CBT Certified
Behavioral Health Specialist
Amanda is a licensed clinical social worker who obtained her BSW from Saginaw Valley State University and her MSW from Michigan State University. She is nationally certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and has training in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Additionally, she serves as a Master Trainer for the Michigan ACE Initiative. Her treatment approach is strength-based, holistic, and prescriptive to meet client needs, often including creative art and play interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness practices.

Mandi Rishel, R.N.
Registered Nurse
Mandi has served as a Registered nurse for over 15 years, and obtained her degree from Lansing Community College. She has experience working in clinical and hospital settings, including a high risk obstetric unit. Mandi brings her extensive clinical experience and deep knowledge of disease prevention and treatment to the SET SEG Family Healthcare Center, and is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of the patients she serves.

Alice Jennings
Medical Assistant
Alice has experience working both front and back office medical assistant duties including responsibilities such as rooming patients, performing in-house labs, consulting directly with radiologists and physicians regarding patient conditions, diagnosis and treatments, EMR documentation, vitals, CC and HPI, labs, medication dispensing, and both mobile and stationary radiology units. Alice graduated Cum Laude from Lansing Community College with her Associates in Applied Science in Radiologic Technology.
