Districts that purchase this service are given the ACA fulfillment service for the distribution of the 1094-C and 1095-C forms. This added benefit handles the printing and mailing, or electronic submission of forms to the IRS and the hard copy form distribution to your district’s full-time employees.

- Ongoing determination of which employees are eligible to receive an offer of coverage to avoid potential ACA assessments
- Collection of ACA compliance data including plan year, measurement periods for ongoing and newly hired employees, and waiting periods
