Employee Benefit Services Manager
Kristen Finkbeiner serves as the benefits services supervisor at SET SEG. In 2013, Kristen started at SET SEG as an enrollment specialist responsible for system builds of new business/group changes. She moved up the ranks in Employee Benefit Services, receiving a promotion to enrollment and billing lead followed by benefit administration lead and, in 2019, she took her current position, benefits services supervisor.
A graduate of Davenport University, Kristen holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management.
