Kristen Finkbeiner serves as the compensation and benefits administrator at SET SEG. In 2013, Kristen started at SET SEG as an enrollment specialist responsible for system builds of new business/group changes. She moved up the ranks in Employee Benefit Services, receiving a promotion to enrollment and billing lead followed by benefit administration lead, and, in 2019, she took the position of benefits services supervisor.
A graduate of Davenport University, Kristen holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management.
