Skip Barclay is a loss control representative for members of the MASB-SEG Property/Casualty Pool and SEG Self-Insurer Workers’ Compensation Fund. He joined SET SEG in 2012. Skip is a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) and a licensed solicitor.
